| How do I change the email address associated with my account? | |||
You can modify the email address associated with any domain and / or account via your control panel. If you no longer have access to the email address connected with your account, please download and print the attached form. Fill it out and then FAX it, along with a photocopy of your passport or driving licence, to the number indicated on the form. Once your details have been validated, your email address will be reset and account details can be re-issued to this address. There is no other way to modify the email address associated with a domain name. |
