If you are having difficulty accessing your account, please take the following steps to reset your password.

1. Get your account username re-issued, should you not have one, simply click here and enter in one of the domains you registered on that account and the email address you used when you registered it.

   NOTE: please enter in the domain name excluding the '.eu' extension at the end of it.

   You will receive an email containing your username.

2. Once you have your username, return to the page above, and input your account username into the appropriate box, and press submit. You will receive an email asking you to confirm you wish to reset your password.

   This email has a one-time URL. It is valid for 24 hours, and it can only be used once. Once clicked, it will expire.

3. Once you click on the URL, the system will re-issue you with the account login details, which you can then use to access your domains.
