  2. How do I customise / disable the Anti-Virus screening?
    Virus screening is a fixed feature of all email forwarded through EU Internet servers. It can not be disabled via your control panel.

  3. How do I configure or change my email settings?
    All aspects of your email settings can be configured via your control panel.

  4. How does the Anti-Virus screening work?
    All email which passes through our servers is tested for known virus signatures. If these are detected then the email is silently deleted. Neither you nor the sender are notified.

  5. What is the largest size email I can receive?
    Currently the largest email message that can be relayed through our systems is 5MB.

  6. What type of email relaying do you support?
    We support domain multi-drop forwarding.This means that any_address_you_can_think_of@yourdomain.eu will be forwarded to a single email address of your choosing.

  7. What type of URL forwarding do you support?
    We offer standard HTTP forwarding.We do not support  stealth forwarding (using an iFrame) .
